A project team works with your staff to understand the constraints that are not visible in the data, then prepares a proposal and pricing built around your operation rather than a template.

Once approved, our logistics and information resources are brought in to deliver the changes — and we stay accountable for whether they produce the result the proposal claimed.

Is logistics consulting separate from freight forwarding?
It sits alongside it. Consulting is most useful when you want to change how shipments are planned, routed and documented, rather than simply book the next movement. Many clients start with one shipment and move to a review once a pattern is clear.
How long does the analysis and planning take?
It depends on how many lanes, suppliers and documents are involved. A single-lane review is quick; a full multi-origin supply chain takes longer. We will tell you the expected scope before starting rather than after.
Do I have to move all my freight to SAS to use this?
No. We can review a supply chain where other providers handle part of the volume, and say where the improvement actually sits — even when that is not with us.
What do you need from us to begin?
Typically your current lanes and volumes, a sample of the documentation set, where delays or costs have been hurting, and what a good outcome would look like. We work from your real shipment history rather than assumptions.
