Brokerage sits on the same desk as the booking, so a documentation query never becomes a two-company conversation. Incomplete paperwork is the most common cause of clearance delay, and it is the part we control directly.

FCL means your cargo occupies a dedicated container. LCL consolidates smaller consignments from several shippers into one container, priced on volume or weight. If your volume sits between the two, we will show you the cost both ways before you book.
